Return & Refund Policy

Aegte products are non-returnable due to the hygiene/health and personal care/wellness/consumable nature of the product. The product once accepted will not be returned. Although we do provide free-of-cost replacement of the product within Seven (7) days after the product has been delivered, in case you have; 

  1. received item(s) in poor, damaged or mutilated condition or;
  2. received an item(s) that is different from the item(s) that you have ordered with us;
  3. Such cases are only approved if you provide unboxing videos. Ensure that the video is not made after opening the package. Show the entire box and the product for the claim to be approved.
  • Any complaint regarding damaged or missing product (s) in the order must be reported with the full unboxing/unpacking video within 2 days of receiving the order; complaints raised after this period will not be accepted.
  • Handbags, Jewellery and other Fashion Items are against Return and Refund Policy, the products are packed with a 100% quality check process. 
  • Gift cards, personalized products, sale, clearance and promotional items are not eligible for a return or exchange.
  • Products purchased during Sale or Offers aren't eligible for a refund or return. 
  • Original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our sales/support team and inform them at the earliest possible.
  • In case you have cancelled an order, which has already been handed over to the courier company from our end, they will still attempt delivery. Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order.
  • Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will initiate a refund procedure for your money within 3-4 working days.
  • The refund will be processed to the same account/method from which the payment was made. It may take 5-10 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • For Sales & Offers that states Buy 2, Pay for 1 or Buy 1, Get 1 Free,

    Or buy products worth XYZ to get freebies, the customer must add or follow the proper details given on the website,
    if your order contains less than 2 products in Buy 1 One Get One Free Sale, only a single item will be dispatched strictly which will be mentioned in the invoice copy received. 

  • If a duplicate order or the same order is placed by mistake and wish to cancel one of them, kindly get in touch with our support team via email at support@aegte.in within 6 hours. Once the order is shipped or dispatched and post the given timeline, the order will not be eligible for cancellation, return or exchange.
  • In order to avail the offer, it is mandatory to add 2 products else Aegte won't be responsible for the negligence done by the customer.
